Our Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our diagnosis. If you implement the recommendations from your Qoots conversion diagnosis and your conversion rate does not improve, we will refund your payment in full. That is the deal.
This guarantee exists because we are confident in the process. We find real users, observe real behaviour, and deliver insights grounded in evidence, not opinion. If that does not translate into better results for your website, we do not deserve your money.
How It Works
To be eligible for a refund under our conversion improvement guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
You must implement the recommendations outlined in your diagnosis report. Partial or selective implementation does not qualify.
You must allow a reasonable period for the changes to take effect, typically a minimum of 30 days with consistent traffic to your website after changes are made.
You must provide evidence that the recommendations were implemented as described, such as screenshots or access to the updated pages.
The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your diagnosis report.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you cancel your order before we have begun recruiting test participants, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
If participant recruitment or testing has already started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed. We will always communicate transparently about what stage your diagnosis is in.
Dissatisfaction With the Report
If you are unhappy with the quality or depth of your diagnosis report, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, either revise the report at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
We take pride in the thoroughness of our work and would rather make things right than leave you with something you cannot use.
What Is Not Covered
Our refund guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
The recommendations were not implemented, or were implemented in a substantially different way than described in the report.
Your website has no meaningful traffic. Our diagnosis improves how well your page converts existing visitors. It does not generate traffic.
External factors outside the scope of messaging and clarity caused conversion to decline, such as market changes, pricing changes, or product availability issues.
The website was substantially redesigned or changed beyond the scope of the recommendations before measuring results.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at omar@qoots.com with your order details and a brief explanation of your request. For conversion improvement guarantee claims, please include evidence of implementation and your traffic and conversion data for the measurement period.
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
